OTS Last Assignment

These 2 LOs are the last assignment for Officer Training School at GingerScraps. This time I was late to submit the assignment due to throat infection.

I used My Scrap Shop December DAK kit by me and End Of Summer Kit by me. Paper templates by me, brush by ObsidianDawn and snow style by BannerWoman.

Indonesia Unite Mini Kit

To show our condolances for the victims of the recent blasts at Jakarta and their families, we 7 Indonesian friends decided to make this collab mini kit.
You can download theirs on their blogs.
We used our flag colour (red and white) as the colour scheme.
This is the preview of my kit It contains:

• 1 bow
• 1 ribbon
• 1 red heart (Love peace)
• 1 white heart (Hate war)

Watercolour Brush

This is the first brush I have ever made.
Someone asked me a tutorial how to make a photo mask. I think I can give a simple one here.
First open a new file. Choose the brush shape, plop on the layer. Repeat with the other shapes. Create a new layer if you want to rotate the brush shape. Save in PNG file.

My Secret Garden

I can't wait to make a new LO using My Secret Garden paper and overlay by me. This colab kit will be lauched on August.

To make this LO I duplicate the paper and put the photos in between the papers. I made the background paper layer invisible so that I can erase the top layer paper until just above my children's feet. Again I made the background visible. I adjusted on hue/saturation and lightness on each photo to match the background.
